Meet the Team
Brian & Amanda Ramsey - Owners
Brian & Amanda have been entrepreneurs since 2007 when they founded their construction-based company. Over the years, they collaborated to build a successful business in the luxury residential market. Together, they grew the company into a thriving corporation with over 100 employees and two locations, servicing the east coast—from Florida to New York—and extending as far as California and Utah. They sold the company in October 2019. In 2021, Brian and Amanda launched a new construction business focused on the Florida market. Now, as proud owners of Viale asphalt plant, they’re excited to leverage their previous business ownership experience to grow this new venture alongside of Anthony and Nathaniel's industry experience.
Anthony Tisci - Owner, Estimator
Anthony is our Owner and Estimator, bringing extensive experience in site development since 2007. He previously held licenses for Limited General Contracting in South Carolina and Tennessee, and currently holds an Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor license in Florida. Anthony is certified and trained in Topcon GPS equipment and AGTEK software. He has over eighteen years of experience as an estimator and ten years as a project manager, along with more than nine years serving as Vice President of a South Florida site development company. His deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership play a key role in delivering successful projects.
Nathaniel Starks - Plant Manager
Nathaniel is our Plant Manager and has been working with asphalt plants since 2014. He has spent the last three years in a plant management role, bringing strong expertise in maintenance, fabrication, team leadership, employee training, and safety. Nathaniel takes pride in a strong work ethic, producing the highest-quality asphalt possible, and treating every customer with respect. Above all, he values family and believes those same principles of care and commitment should carry into the workplace every day.
